The Legends Soccer Club focuses intensely on creating brave creative leaders for life. Our no guilt, no shame, no blame philosophy gives kids the confidence to get out of their comfort zone and create the big play in any situation!
 
The ideal candidate should have or be able to accomplish the following:
 
  • Background in soccer playing or coaching.  Coaching license preferred.
  • Must enjoy working with children- patient, caring, outgoing. 
  • High personal integrity and reliability; great work ethic.
  • Successful at juggling multiple tasks.
  • Must have strong communication skills, and various means of communication: must have a smartphone/tablet with data plan.
  • Quick learner
  • Personal and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Legends Soccer Club
 
The real value of Legends training is courageous, creative, leadership character for life. Many long-term Legends players are creative leaders and mentors early in their career. They and their parents are convinced the "out of the box" Legends creative training was a major influence on their leadership capabilities.
 
 
The job description and responsibilities for this program are, but not limited to:
  
  • Instill the Legends philosophy on all individuals involved-including yourself.
  • Aid in transitioning Future Legends players into the Legends Soccer Club.
  • Run 1-hour weeknight practices during league seasons.
  • Lead teams on weekends through league games.
  • Communicate team news, updates, and other information to parents by way of e-mail, phone calls, social media, and in person.
  • Create teams by development level through team tryouts and Future Legends Camps.
Legends Academy Sessions
 
This program is designed to rapidly improve the player's deceptive dribbling ability on the ball and make him or her a tremendous goal scorer. This is done through the combination of 5 different elements of learning: demonstration, repetition, correction, reinforcement, and experimentation. Each of the elements come into play within the 60 minute program. The program is divided into Three separate but related segments of activity with a logical progression:
  • The warm-up fun soccer game
  • Moves and fakes or shooting
  • Micro Soccer or fun soccer game

  

The job description and responsibilities for this program are, but not limited to:

 

  • Run 1 hour long Academy sessions every week.
  • Evaluate players on a monthly basis.
